Basically Facebook changed the way items show up on your News Feed (and on your Timeline). Items that you post are not given priority in your own News Feed... sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. But anyone who likes your Page (or has friended you) should have the items appear in their news feed. Basically, if you want to check if the item posted, go to your Activity Log and you can see that the item posted to your account. If it did, then Facebook handles the rest however they decide is best for you. As an example, my wife uses leenk.me for her blog. You do not have to post from that contributor, you just need to make sure "Publish All Authors?" is checked in the plugin settings (you can only see that option with an Administrator account). Each API key will only post to one group. So if they want to post to multiple groups, they'll need to select a different group for a new API key, then add that API key to a new user on their site.
